I just wanted to share my experience and suggestions for fixing MB that may appear to be dead due to BIOS flashing failure or after an incorrect BIOS was flashed.

I hope this procedure will help other people who thought their MB was bricked.

BIOS Update AGESA 3.6.6.0 for AMD 6core CPU Warning: Because BIOS flashing is potentially risky, if you do not encounter problems using the current version of BIOS, it is recommended that you not flash the BIOS. Inadequate BIOS flashing may result in system malfunction.

BIOS Modify Turbo 3D compatibility Warning: Because BIOS flashing is potentially risky, if you do not encounter problems using the current version of BIOS, it is recommended that you not flash the BIOS. Inadequate BIOS flashing may result in system malfunction.

The chips are rather small and connecting wrong pins may damage the MB.

I soldered a small button between pins 4 and 7 of the main BIOS chip so that I could connect and disconnect them easily.

This file is in an image format, after download please burn the image into a CD for use.

BIOS Fix system S3 compatibility issue while Eu P enabled Warning: Because BIOS flashing is potentially risky, if you do not encounter problems using the current version of BIOS, it is recommended that you not flash the BIOS. Inadequate BIOS flashing may result in system malfunction.

So, if the motherboard comes with F1-F3 BIOS, will it at least boot with the Athlon II X2 cpu (showing "unsupported cpu" message or whatever) so I can update the Bios with Q-flash?

I don't have acces to an older cpu just to update Bios; so if the system won't boot, i'm f***ed up.
